REASONS Introduction

1. This was a Final Hearing into claims made by the claimant for (i) direct discrimination on grounds of age under section 13 of the 5 Equality Act 2010, (ii) harassment in relation to age under section 26 of that Act, (iii) breach of contract, and (iv) unauthorised deductions from wages.
