1. The Claimant’s employment with the Respondent as a Smart Meter Installer commenced on 10 February 2020 and ended on 3 February 2021. The Claimant contacted ACAS in the first instance on 12 December 2020 whilst still employed by the Respondent. The first ACAS Early Conciliation Certificate was issued on 22 December 2020.
