REASONS 25 1. This preliminary hearing was listed to consider whether the Employment Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear this claim for unfair dismissal.
2. The claimant lodged the claim on 10 October 2024. The respondent was stated to be Stena Drilling Ltd with an address in Aberdeen. The claimant stated that his place of work was worldwide “on board drillships managed by 30 my employer.”
3. A copy of the claim form was sent in accordance with standard practice to the named respondent at the address stated.
