25 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:-
1. The claimant not having demonstrated that it was not reasonably practicable 30 for the claim to be made in time, the claim for “automatically’’ unfair dismissal in terms of s.103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996” the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear the claim, it is dismissed;
2. The claims for sex discrimination and disability discrimination not having been lodged timeously and the Tribunal finding that it would not be just and 35 equitable to hear the claims late, they are dismissed as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.
