JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30
1. The Tribunal finds that the claimant was a disabled person in terms of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at the relevant time.
2. The Tribunal finds that the claimant was discriminated against by the 35 respondent in respect to Sections 15 (discrimination arising from disability) and of Sections 20 and 21 of the said Act (failure to make reasonable adjustments).
