30 REASONS Introduction

Miss Iona Macdonald brought complaints of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination (discrimination arising from disability, in terms of s.15 of the Equality Act 2010; and a failure to make reasonable adjustments, in terms 35 of s.s.20 and 21).
