JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Tribunal finds that the claimant was disabled in terms of Section 6 (1) of the 20 Equality Act 2010 from March 2000.

REASONS

1. The claimant in his ET1 makes claims of disability discrimination and a failure to make reasonable adjustments. The reasonable adjustment contended for was to allow the claimant to work entirely from home. The respondent 25 organisation opposed the claims.
