JUDGMENT The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to an award of £897 against the respondent in respect of unpaid wages.

REASONS 1 The claimant was employed by the respondent from 1 January 2023 until 13 January 2023. 2 The respondent did not return an ET3. 2 The claimant is entitled to wages for the period of her employment.
