JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s complaints under the Employment Rights Act 1996, the Maternity and Parental Leave Regulations 1999 and the Equality Act 2010 are not well-founded and are 25 hereby dismissed.
REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant has brought the following complaints: a. Unfair dismissal under s94 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 30 alleging that her dismissal was unfair either under s98 or s99 (pregnancy and maternity). b. Detriment contrary to Regulation 19 of the Maternity & Parental Leave Regulations 1999 that she was not provided with alternative employment as required by Regulation 10. 4105395/2023...
