JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is:
1. The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the Tribunal awards her compensation of £10836.80 (Ten thousand, eight hundred and thirty-six pounds, eighty pence).
2. The Tribunal makes an additional award under s38 of the Employment Act 25 2002 equivalent to two weeks’ wages in the sum of £833.60 (Eight hundred and thirty-three pounds, sixty pence).
3. The claims for redundancy pay and notice pay are hereby dismissed.
