JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 The judgment of the tribunal is that –

1. The complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is dismissed upon withdrawal.

2. The complaint of failure to pay holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal.

3. The respondent was in breach of contract and is ordered to pay to the claimant 25 damages in sum of £1,1157.40.
