REASONS
1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 10 May 2023 in which he complained that he had been unfairly dismissed, 35 discriminated against on the grounds of disability and unlawfully deprived of a redundancy payment, notice pay, holiday pay, arrears of pay and other payments. He also sought to bring a claim of wrongful dismissal and personal injury.
