20 REASONS Introduction
1. The claimant has made complaints of protected disclosure detriment and ordinary and automatically unfair constructive dismissal. The complaints are resisted by the respondent. 25 2. On 10 March 2025 the claimant made an application for strike out of the response under Rule 38 (previously Rule 37).
3. The application was made on the following grounds – a. Rule 38 (b) - the manner in which these proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of respondent has been scandalous, or 30 vexatious.
