JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was constructively unfairly dismissed and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the following:

1. A basic award of £15,120.

2. A compensatory award of £10,134. Both sums shall be paid without deduction of income tax or national insurance contributions.
