1. The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal contrary to Section 98 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded. The claimant was unfairly dismissed on 15 May 2024.

2. However the claimant had resigned from his employment on 19 April 2024 and his employment would have come to an end in any event on 17 May
