JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed.

REASONS

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 11 February 2025 in which he complained that he had been unfairly dismissed by the respondent.

2. The respondent submitted an ET3 response in which they resisted the claimant’s claim, while admitting that they had dismissed the claimant n the grounds of gross misconduct.
