JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is as follows: 35 1. That the claimant’s dismissal was unfair.
2. That the respondent company shall pay to the claimant a monetary award of Six Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Seven pounds (£6687) made up of a basic award of £1467 and a compensatory award of £5220.
3. That the claims for disability discrimination being not well founded are 40 dismissed.
