1. The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and he is 30 awarded the sum of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIX POUNDS SEVENTY FOUR PENCE (£29,706.74) in compensation, payable by the respondent.
