JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claim for unfair constructive dismissal and the claim for direct discrimination are not well-founded and are dismissed.
REASONS 20 Introduction
1. The claimant lodged a claim with the Employment Tribunal on 19 November 2022, claiming unfair constructive dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination because of religion or belief.
