1. The claimant has brought complaints under the Equality Act 2010 relying on the protected characteristic of disability. 2. The respondent denies all the claims. They deny that there was any breach of the Equality Act and rely on a number of specific defences. The primary 35 defence is that the claim has been lodged out of time and so it is said that the Tribunal does not have the power to hear the claim.
