JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that: 1. the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction in respect of the claimant’s claims in terms of s13 of the Equality Act 2010 (EA 2010) (direct disability 20 discrimination) and accordingly those are dismissed.
2. The claimant’s claims in terms of s19 EA 2010 (indirect discrimination) do not succeed and accordingly are dismissed.
3. The claimant’s claims in terms of s20&21 EA 2010 (reasonable adjustments) do not succeed and accordingly are dismissed. 25 4. The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction in respect of the claimant’s claims in terms of s26 EA 2010 (harassment) with exception of alleged harassment on 8 June 2022 which claim does not succeed and accordingly all such claims are dismissed.
