JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous judgment of the tribunal is that each of the claimant’s legal complaints is unsuccessful, and the claim is dismissed.
25 REASONS
1. This complaint arose out of the claimant's employment with the respondent which began on 27 April 2020 and ended on 25 April 2024. The claimant worked as a porter within one of the respondent's hospitals. He alleges that his dismissal was unfair, whereas the respondent maintains that he was fairly 30 dismissed by reason of his conduct.
2. The claimant is autistic. He claimed that this was a disability in the statutory sense. He argues that he was discriminated against, harassed and victimised in relation to it. He also alleges that the respondent was subject to the duty to make reasonable adjustments which it did not fulfil.
