JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:

1. The claimant was an employee of the respondent company at the date of her dismissal with sufficient qualifying service to claim unfair dismissal.

2. That the claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and that the 35 respondent company shall pay to the claimant a monetary award in the sum of Seven Hundred and Thirty-Seven Pounds and Fifty Pence (£737.50).
