REASONS Introduction 35 1. This was a Final Hearing on the claims made by the claimant, which are for automatically unfair dismissal under section 100 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and direct discrimination on the protected characteristic of sex under section 13 of the Equality Act 2010.
