The Claimant’s claims of harassment, direct sex discrimination and victimisation are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(b) because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted has been unreasonable, and are struck out under Rule 37(1)(e) because it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing.
