20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows – (a) The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal and that claim is dismissed. (b) The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages succeeds 25 and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of NINE
