JUDGMENT The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Wages

1. The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by deducting £90,000 from the performance bonus he was legally entitled to at the end of the 2023-2024 financial year on 31/03/24.
