1. The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out under rule 38 (1)(a) on the basis that the claimant did not have the necessary two years’ service and so it has no reasonable prospects of success.

2. The remaining claims are dismissed under rule 47 as the claimant failed to attend the hearing.
