20 JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal does not succeed and is dismissed.
2. The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without 25 reasonable notice. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £1,395.68, being damages for breach of contract.
3.
