JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims all fail, and are dismissed.
REASONS 35 1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 17 May 2024, in which she complained that she had been unfairly dismissed, discriminated against on the grounds of sex and subjected to detriments on the basis that she had made protected disclosures. She also claimed that she was due underpaid expenses and unpaid commission.
