JUDGMENT The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is:
1. The Respondents did not treat the Claimant unfavourably in being short and blunt with the Claimant on 16 March 2023 when she told them informally she was pregnant.
2. The Claimant as treated unfavourably by being dismissed on 31 March 2023 following the formal notice she was pregnant on 29 March 2023.
