JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim 30 succeeds, and that the respondent is therefore ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £300.30 (Three Hundred Pounds and Thirty Pence) in respect of net holiday pay which was unlawfully deducted from him and which was properly payable to him on termination of his employment. 35

1. The claimant presented a claim to the Employment Tribunal on 4 July 2024 in which he complained that he had been unlawfully deprived of pay in
