JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant was a disabled 20 person in terms of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2013 (the EQA) during the relevant period as a result of the impairment of Vertigo.
REASONS
