JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that:
1. The Tribunal finds and declares that the first respondent and the second respondent unlawfully discriminated against the claimant, contrary to section 30 39 of the Equality Act 2010, and her complaints of discrimination contrary to sections 13 and 26 of the Equality Act 2010 succeed.
2. In respect of unlawful discrimination injury to the claimant’s feelings, the Tribunal orders that the first respondent and the second respondent jointly and severally pay to the claimant the amount of SIX THOUSAND POUNDS 35 (£6,000) for her injured feelings. 4100101/2024 Page 2
