JUDGMENT

1. The Employment Tribunal is the appropriate forum to decide this dispute, pursuant to section 15C(2)(a) of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982.

2. The Respondent breached the Claimant’s employment contract by failing to pay his salary in respect of the period 1 to 26 April 2024, and by failing to pay him in lieu of his six days of accrued but untaken holiday on the termination of his employment.
