2. With respect to the claims brought by Mrs Hudson (3300651/2023), the claims for a redundancy payment, notice pay and holiday pay are well founded. Mrs Hudson is entitled to the following: 2.1Redundancy payment – £5,382 gross 2.2 Damages for breach of contract (notice pay) - £3,588 gross 2.3Holiday pay - £225.93 subject to statutory deductions.
