1. The claimant’s application for reconsideration of the tribunal’s judgment on liability is refused.
2. In relation to the claimant’s successful complaint of victimisation, a total remedy award of £5,475 is made, payable by the respondent to the claimant. This comprises: a. £5,000 for injury to feelings (payable free of tax); and b. £475 (subject to any tax and national insurance contributions payable) for loss of earnings.
