JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is: 15 1. The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent and the Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of £8301.23 (eight thousand, three hundred and one pounds, twenty three pence) in respect of this.

2. The claimant was dismissed without notice in breach of contract. No award is made in respect of this. 20 3. The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £108 (One hundred and eight pounds).

4. The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £275.40 (Two hundred seventy-five 25 pounds and forty pence).
