JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of automatically unfair dismissal, ordinary unfair dismissal and detriment on the ground of having made protected disclosures do not succeed and are dismissed.
