1. The Claimant’s claims of detriment on grounds related to Trade Union membership or activities are without merit and are dismissed.

2. Further, with the exception of the allegation that Mr Jesus did not respond to the claimant’s email of 21 May 2024, the Claimant’s claims are out of time and it was reasonably practicable to have brought them in time.
