JUDGMENT

1. The claim was issued in the London South Employment Tribunal on 2 June 2023. The Respondent failed to present a valid response on time. The Respondent attended the hearing but did not confirm whether they wished to defend the claim. The Respondent participated in preliminary matters but was not permitted to participate in the hearing.

2. The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant the full amount of wages due between 1 March 2023 to 12 May 2023 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,617.94 being the total gross sum deducted.
