JUDGMENT It is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal that: -

1. The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal for making a protected disclosure under Section 103(a) Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA) contrary to Section 47(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is unfounded and dismissed.

2. The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday is unfounded and is dismissed.
