JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The Judgement of the Employment Tribunal is that:
1. The claimant has failed to demonstrate that she is a disabled person in 35 terms of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 in relation to any Depression or Depressive/Anxiety condition.
2. That the claimant was disabled in terms of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 from June 2023 by symptoms of pain, numbness and loss of grip in both her hands. 40
