JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that the claimant’s claims fail and should be dismissed.

1. The claimant lodged a claim on 27 August 2022 complaining that he had been unfairly dismissed and that he had been subjected to race and disability discrimination. His claim form did not set out the detail of his claim but made 40 reference to a grievance which had been lodged in May 2022 regarding his 4104852/2022 Page 2 then line manager. 2. A preliminary hearing took place on 11 November 2022 at which efforts were made to clarify the exact nature of the claimant’s claims.
