JUDGMENT The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant’s claims under section 189 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 are dismissed in accordance with Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 because the claimant failed to attend the hearing.
