JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal was that: 40
ETZ4(WR) 4102236/2023 Page 2 (1) The respondents unlawfully discriminated against the claimant on the grounds of religion or belief. (2) The respondents unfairly constructively dismissed the claimant. 5 (3) The remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a future Hearing.
