JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 30 The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is that:

1. The claimant was unlawfully discriminated against by the respondent in breach of section 18 of the Equality Act 2010.

2. The claimant is awarded the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND

SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN POUNDS FORTY FIVE 35 PENCE (£25,777.45) in compensation for that breach, payable by the respondent.
