JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 25 1. The claim is dismissed under rule 47 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that the claimant failed to attend or be represented at the hearing.
