JUDGMENT OF THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL 20 1. The claimant’s claims do not satisfy rule 8(3) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure.

2. I declare that the claimant’s claim was presented by completing a completed claim form in accordance with the Presidential Practice Direction – Presentation of Claims for England and Wales and that for Scotland by 25 presenting his online form, thus satisfying rule 8(1).
