1. In his claim form the claimant said he had been due wages and notice pay together with outstanding holidays. The respondent had not disputed that sums were due and outstanding but said they could not afford to make 35 payment. 8001260/2024 Page 2

2. The claimant is due to be paid 3 week’s wages which is outstanding as at the date of his employment ending. He earned £3,466.67 a month gross which is £800 gross per week (£113.97 a day gross).
